Street Photography Lecture
On April 1st I had the honor to be invited to Mölnlycke photo club, to hold a lecture about Street Photography. Since it was April fool's day, I couldn't resist adding a joke to the lecture. What a perfect day to tell a joke.
Always something new
I usually rewrite my lecture and update with new photos each time I hold it. That way I'll keep the lecture alive and still interesting for those that already heard it. Always something new to look forward to.
Street photography is fun an social, and I want to give my listeners the courage to get out and try it on their own. I gave them my top ten tips for taking better street photographies. Many photos and the stories behind each photo. My goal is always to inspire them to go out and shoot on the streets.
The April fool's joke
Since it was April fool's day, I added a joke to the lecture. With photos I showed how my street photos were created with a combination of studio photography and Photoshop. I explaned that I rarely leave my house, and usually hire models for the studio shoot. Many surprised faces, and a sigh of relieve when I uncovered the truth.
I took the opportunity to document the visit and here are some of my favorites.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mölnlycke Photo Club who invited me to lecture. Thanks for the nice reception from Anders, Isabel and all the other friendly photographers who I had the pleasure to meet.
